COVID-19: NEW Ordering Process at Precycle

Hello Precycle community,
In an effort to help contain the spread of Covid-19, Precycle has moved to an online ordering platform. We are now doing contactless pickup of pre-packed dry goods and produce in our recycled paper bags and liquids in glass bottles (bottles can be returned for a deposit when we resume regular operations).
Today, we are excited to announce we are upgrading our online ordering capabilities!
Starting, Monday, June 15th, you will be able to place an order on our website for the same day pickup with the help of the ChowNow system.
NEW ORDERING PROCESS
📅 WHEN YOU CAN PLACE YOUR ORDER
Our online order form will be open from 10AM–7PM
⌚ SELECT AVAILABLE TIME FOR PICKUP
Because this platform is built to service restaurants you will be greeted with the text 'The next available time to order'. For you this actually means 'the next available time FOR PICKUP'.
💳 PAY ONLINE
After you complete your order you will be prompted to Sign Up or Log In to your existing ChowNow account. All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) are accepted.
📩 CONFIRMATION EMAILS
As soon as you place an order and your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email that your order was successfully placed. It will include your order details so you have a record of what you ordered and a payment receipt. (If you don’t see it check your spam folder) You will then receive a second confirmation email once we accept your order at the store reminding you when your order will be ready for a pickup.
😷 HOW TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER
The pickup window is 10pm to 7pm daily. When you arrive at the store please stay 6 feet back from the door and from any other customers. We will open the door and ask for the name on your order. We understand some people are picking up for quarantined friends and neighbors so please have the name on the order ready. We will then retrieve your order, place it on a crate out front and once our staff member is back inside you can load your bags with your goods and be on your way.
SAFETY FIRST
We take safety extremely seriously and are taking every precaution to pack and deliver your orders safely. Our small team of employees wear masks and gloves at all times and do not have direct contact with the customers. Surfaces, door handles, delivery bins, utensils - everything is being wiped down with sanitizer constantly. All employees have passed a two week quarantine where they have not been around anyone who has been around anyone, who has been around anyone, well you get the point.
Because our staff is extremely limited, we ask that you do not call the store with questions but please direct them to precyclenyc@gmail.com.
